Register for your trip
Complete our Google Form with your name, email, chosen departure, emergency contact, and any dietary or fitness notes. We'll follow up with payment instructions.

Step 2 — waiver
Sign liability waiver
When DocuSign is connected, pilgrims sign here before the non-refundable deposit. For now, the registration form includes a terms acknowledgment checkbox.
Step 3
Pay your deposit
After registration, pay your holding or non-refundable deposit. Stripe checkout is coming soon; we'll email a secure link in the meantime.
- $50 holding deposit — reserves your spot
- $325–375 non-refundable deposit — due per your trip dates
- Final balance — due before departure (see trip page)

Prepare & connect
Start training, pack smart, and meet your cohort before you fly.
- 16-week training & packing list
- Pre-trip Zoom (~1 month before departure)
- Private WhatsApp group with your pilgrims
- Itinerary and train details emailed before departure
